Joemarie C. Sanclaire

Born on April 10, 1987 in Paranaque, Metro Manila, Joemarie Sanclaria Chua grew up to be passionately driven as a young artist and started out as a musical theater performer. Joemarie studied Education at the Oxfordian Colleges in Dasmarinas, Cavite and Website Design at the Informatics College in Bacoor, Cavite.
He has participated in different group art exhibits here and abroad. His art media include oil paints, acrylic, oil pastel, soft pastel, but his favorite medium is watercolor.
He is an active leader of the Sining Aklateko Group that facilitates Feeding Programs and Art Workshops for Children in remote places in Dasmarinas, Cavite such as Sitio Malabon, Sitio Silangan and Sitio Ilaya.
He is also an art teacher for the sick children of the Missionaries of Charity in Tayuman, tondo, Manila and the underprivileged children at the Sentrong Kabataan of Pangarap Foundation at Paliparan Site also in Dasmarinas, Cavite. He participated in the art workshops at the PREDA Foundation in Olongapo City, sponsored by Hands for Hope Asia. Joemarie has been involved in outreach programs, teaching Art to the children of Sitio Bitin in Tagaytay, giving entertainment to the elderly of the Saint Joseph Home for the Aged and helping elementary schools boost their enrollment.
In 2015 he became affiliated with the Tuesday Group of Artists, Antipolo Artist Group, Fernando Sena Buenas Artes Group, Let’s Paint Group and International Watercolor Society.
